Hello! I'm Laura, founder and principal interior designer of FORM & Flourish Interiors, with over seven years of professional experience in commercial and residential interior architecture. Holding NCIDQ certification (#017461), I've managed projects from initial concept and programming through construction, occupancy, and beyond.

My expertise includes corporate tenant improvements, retail design, space planning, material and finish selection, ADA compliance, building code navigation, client collaboration, and full project lifecycle management—delivering spaces that are both highly functional and beautifully inspiring, on time and within budget.

As a homeschool mom of five (with the youngest soon heading out on their own), I'm thrilled to return fully to my first love: creating exceptional interiors. We provide a detailed timeline during the proposal stage after understanding your specific needs, budget, and any required permitting or lead-time items (such as custom millwork or furniture).

Yes — we are very comfortable working within defined budgets. After our initial consultation, we develop a realistic cost estimate and design plan that aligns with your financial parameters. We offer flexible approaches, including:

    • Selecting cost-effective yet high-quality materials and furnishings Transparency is important to us, so you’ll always receive clear proposals with itemized costs before any work begins.

We don’t disappear once the project is finished. After final walkthrough and punch-list completion, we provide:

    • A care & maintenance guide for all materials and furnishings
    • Touch-up paint (if applicable) and minor adjustments during the first 30–60 days
    • Warranty information for products and installations
    • Optional follow-up visits to ensure everything is performing as intended Many clients also return for future refreshes, expansions, or additional locations.
